Preheating Of Copper / Auminum Conductor In Cable

The cable conductor preheating equipment adopts solid state IGBT super audio frequency power supply, which is suitable for pre heating of copper / aluminum conductor of XLPE cable. It improves the coating force of the insulating material to the conductor, effectively avoids the air gap, clears the tide gas and dust of the conductor, improves the crosslinking degree of the cable, improves the insulation quality and the insulation thermal stress. It shortens the crosslinking time and cooling time, and effectively improves production efficiency. Using PLC+HMI and high precision thermometer to achieve closed-loop temperature / speed control, it can accurately control heating temperature and achieve full line automatic control.
