Copper Tube Annealing

The vertical magnetic induction heating equipment uses solid MOSFET/IGBT power supply, PLC+HMI and high precision thermometer to realize the closed loop control of temperature / speed. It is suitable for the light annealing of copper tube, aluminum tube and copper aluminum composite pipe. The on-line annealing method is combined with the tube production process, and the new pipe can be produced.
