MOSFET Solid State High Frequency Induction Heating Equipment
MOSFET solid-state high frequency induction heating equipment adopts AC direct AC frequency conversion structure. It adopts inverter power regulation technology and new inverter power unit. The structure is simple and reliable and easy to maintain. The rectifier uses advanced FPGA micro processing control system to achieve precise synchronous triggering, high control accuracy and small non characteristic harmonics on the net side. It has perfect protection functions such as over voltage, over current, loss of lock, temperature and water flow, reliable operation and low failure rate.

Function & structure
MOSFET solid state high frequency induction heating equipment adopts AC-DC-AC variable-frequency structure. The rectifier can adopt three kinds of structure of 3-phase 6-pulse thyristor rectifying, diode rectifying + IGBT DC chopping and 12-pulse thyristor rectifying in order to meet customer's different requirements or power levels. The inverter uses IXYS high voltage large power MOSFET module to form full-bridge series resonance inverter. Inverter output finishes power combination, load impedance matching and electrical isolation by high efficiency ferrite matching transformer. Water cooling polypropylene film capacitor is adopted to form series resonance circuit.
For equipment below 200kW, integrated structural design can be adopted. For large power equipment, the complete set of equipment is composed of switching rectifying cabinet, inverter output cabinet, circulation soft water cooler, control desk and positioning table.
3-phase 12-pulse rectifying
1) Adopt new design inverter power unit with simple and reliable structure which is easy for maintenance. The copper plate with internal water cooling channels can ensure a good heat dissipation effect. The PCB high frequency absorbing capacitor card will obtain the better effect of absorbing. MOSFET and diode adopt IXYS large power module.
2) The inverter phase-lock circuit adopt full digital control technology. Main control chip uses industrial CPLD with high reliability and flexibility. Not only does it have high phase locking precision, but also it can meet the special requirement to peripheral interface for different users.
3) The rectifier adopts advanced FPGA micro processing control system, to realize precise synchronous triggering, high precision control and small grid-side non-characteristic harmonic. It can realize different operation mode of constant power, constant voltage and constant current.
4) Adopt inverter power regulation technology, which can realize automatic load matching function with strong load adaptability, high electrical efficiency and high grid-side power factor.
5) It has the perfect protection function of over voltage, over current, Loss of lock, temperature and water flow, with reliable operation and low failure rate.
6) Adopt PLC and colorful touch screen to form the perfect friendly human-machine interface. Not only does It realize the communication control with user host computer by Ethernet or DP communication mode, but also it can achieve automatic logic control, fault display and fault diagnosis function of power supply system.
